Short Biography:
Siti Salwa Samsudin heads the Mobility Team in MGTC, working closely with various stakeholders on policy development, studies, and programmes that support the implementation of the Low Carbon Mobility Blueprint (LCMB), which is Malaysia’s first emission reduction policy document for the land transport sector, under the Ministry of Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change (NRECC).
Salwa has led strategic projects – from construction and rehabilitation of infrastructure facilities to pilot projects on low carbon city solutions related to transportation, waste management, and energy.
